In a demonstration of its dedication to the Dutch market, ComplianceOne Group has joined forces with the Netherlands Online Gambling Association (NOGA). This partnership solidifies the compliance provider's association with NOGA.

In a recent development, earlier this year, de Graaff expressed concern regarding the obstacles that operators may encounter in response to the Dutch Gaming Authority's updated investigation regarding the duty of care that operators are expected to extend towards players. “Having worked with many licensed operators in the Netherlands since the framework went live in October 2021, the message I most often repeat is a simple one: treating regulation as a box ticking exercise won’t cut it,” he said during that time.
